- DAY 01
Airport / Negombo
Upon Arrival, You’ll be met by one of our representatives and greeted. Proceed to Negombo. Negombo is a modest beach town located just 10km from Bandaranaike International Airport. Visit for Sightseeing tour in Negombo, The Dutch Canal, Negombo Fish Market.
After lunch visit Munneswaram temple. The temple is located in Munneswaram, a village with mixed Sinhala and Tamil population situated in the Puttalam District of Sri Lanka. The presiding deity Siva is installed in the form of Lingam in the sanctum sanctorum. The Siva temple’s architectural details conform to what is written down in the Hindu scriptures known as agamas.. The Siva temple faces east and has three pathways around it. Overnight Stay at Negombo.
- DAY 02
Negombo / Matale
After Breakfast at Negombo Hotel, proceed to Matale. Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage en route. As you enter the 25 acre coconut property, do not be surprised to witness baby elephants being bottle fed or moving around freely causing absolutely no harm to anyone. It is rightly a sincere sight to observe how these gentle giants – orphaned and sometimes three-legged – are taken care of since 1975 at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage.
Upon completion, proceed to your Sri Mutthu Mariamman Thevasthanam. a temple worshipped by the Hindus, which was established nearly 200 years ago by the Indian Hindu community of businessmen who engaged in trading in the town of Matale. The newly built Raja Gopuram is 108 feet tall and as one of the tallest in the country has 1008 images of deities embedded. Upon completion, proceed to your Hotel. Overnight Stay at Matale.
- DAY 03
Matale / Nuwara Eliya
After Breakfast at the Hotel, Transfer to Nuwaraeliya. On the way, you will witness tea plantations, tea factories, viewpoints and the Ramboda waterfall. Stop at several viewpoints overlooking the plantations and drink tea at the impressive tea factories
Visit Sri Seethai Amman temple is a unique temple it has been made at the place where Seeta Mata spent her days in the prison of Ravanaaprox 5000 years ago. It is also unique in a way that it is one of the very few temples dedicated to Seeta.
In the evening visit the Gregory Lake, which is a huge lake in the middle of the Nuwara Eliya. There is a calm park next to it with walkways and benches to rest on. There are horses roaming which are offered for rides and tourists can take a 20-minute speedboat ride on the lake. Thereafter, return to your hotel for an overnight stay. Overnight Stay at Nuwaraeliya.
- DAY 04 & 05
Nuwaraeliya / Ravana Falls/ Katargama
After Breakfast at the Hotel, you will be transferred to the Kataragama. On the way visit the Ravana Falls. The Ravana Falls is a popular sightseeing attraction in Sri Lanka.
Kataragamam temple in Kataragama, Sri Lanka, is a temple complex dedicated to Buddhist guardian deity Kataragamadeviyo and Hindu War God Murugan. It is one of the few religious sites in Sri Lanka that is venerated by the Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims and the Vedda people. For most of the past millennia, it was a jungle shrine very difficult to access; today it is accessible by an all-weather road. The shrines and the nearby Kiri Vehera are managed by Buddhists, the shrines dedicated to Teyvāṉai and Shiva are managed by Hindus and the mosque by Muslims. Both nights Stay at Katargama.
- DAY 06 & 07
Colombo / Airport
After Breakfast at the Hotel, proceed to Colombo. Next got for Colombo City tour (Buddhisttemple Gangaramaya, Beira Lake, Galle Face Green. Overnight stay at colombo.
After Breakfast at the Hotel, proceed for Shopping. When it comes to shopping, Colombo has a wide range of options to choose from including high-end shops, shopping arcades and boutique shops. Next proceed to the airport for Departure with unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka.
